With a total roof area of 4200m2 and 1700m2 of wall cladding, the project required strategic installation methodology due to the current building structures preventing staged construction techniques.


With multiple colours finishes to the gutter, fascia’s and wall cladding, the custom colours on the project were strategically placed to ensure the aesthetic flow across all facets of the building.

The roofing material chosen for the Sunshine Coast City Hall project is a high-quality, weather-resistant Colorbond Ultra material custom painted for the requirements of the specification.
