Project Brief
Built in conjunction with Energy Queensland Limited and Bryant Building Contractors to perform Alterations, Refurbishment and Extensions to the existing logistics warehouse and workshop including a full roof, cladding and rainwater good replacement.
Undercover Roofing Pty Ltd was engaged by Bryant Building Contractors to execute the supply and installation of the roof and wall cladding package for the EQL Maryborough depot.
With a total roof area of 4200m2 and 1700m2 of wall cladding, the project required strategic installation methodology due to the current building structures preventing staged construction techniques.
With multiple colours finishes to the gutter, fascia’s and wall cladding, the custom colours on the project were strategically placed to ensure the aesthetic flow across all facets of the building.
